I am an associate professor in behavioral sciences at the faculty of health sciences at OsloMet and a licensed psychologist in Italy.
My work applies behavioral science principles to inform public policy, organizational practices, and interventions that foster sustainable societal change.
Prior to entering academia, I worked as an international industrial/organizational psychologist with experience in training, selection, and development in manufacturing.
My research integrates behavioral economics, culturo-behavioral science, and social psychology to advance behavioral science for addressing health-related challenges and promoting social sustainability.
My current research interests include:
Choice behavior and decision making with non-economic incentives.
Nudging, boosting, and behavioral insights for policymaking.
Cooperation and wellbeing in organizations.
Culturo-behavior analysis of sustainability.
This is a selection of the courses that I have been coordinating (in bold) and lecturing at OsloMet:
Behavioral economics - Risk management in complex systems - Clinical behavior analysis - Organization, society, and work life - Behavioral insights and nudging - Behavior analysis - Psychological diagnosis - Complexity, science, and society.
